03What is NLC
India HOSA’s national leadership conference.
HOSA–Future Health Professionals is an international organization for students preparing for careers in health, and India HOSA brings it to students in India. NLC 2027 is India HOSA’s inaugural National Leadership Conference: two days at Good Shepherd International School in Ooty, the host school and founding India HOSA chapter.

Ten Competitive Events run in two rotations on Day 1, alongside the Expo.

Learn beyond the classroom
The SAC Leadership Workshop on Day 1 and a Workshop Block on Day 2, where each delegate attends their assigned workshop.

The Voting Delegate Forum, GSIS campus tours and the Conference Dinner and HOSA Social.

Health leaders are not made in a single exam hall. They are formed by competing with integrity, learning beyond the syllabus and leading alongside others.
NLC 2027 gives students from any school a structured national platform to do all three: in two days, in one place.

Any school can register a delegation for students in Grades 8–12. Registration runs through 14 November 2026 (IST). Competitor attendance is US$10 and spectator attendance US$5 per student.
